Job summary

Southern Textile Service, Inc. is a family-owned regional company that has grown steadily since 1934. We are seeking a painting and cleaning associate who can communicate with all levels of management, support engineering teams, and uphold well-defined programs.

Responsibilities include performing scheduled preventative cleaning, working with teammates to reach goals, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and assisting in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Job description

Painting and Cleaning opportunity with a family-owned regional company who has been growing successfully since 1934. Candidate must have the ability to communicate with all levels of management, support engineering teams and believe in well-defined programs.

Minimum job requirements include knowledge of several of the following areas:

• Painting experience
• Use of cleaning equipment such as pressure washer and floor scrubber
• General building maintenance.
