Job summary

Sittercity.com is seeking a kind, reliable part-time household assistant for a family in Morningside Heights, NYC. Alternate evenings for 3–4 hours, 11:00am–2:00pm (start time flexible). Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, and light organization.

Vacuuming across three floors, washing floors on two, cleaning 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, changing sheets, loading the dishwasher, washing pots, and assisting with a toddler shower before her nap.

Qualifications

• Experience with household cleaning and laundry.
• Comfort with light organization tasks.
• Ability to follow directions and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum all three floors; wash floors on two floors.
• Clean 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; change sheets.
• Handle laundry, dishes in dishwasher, and wash pots.
• Assist with toddler shower before naptime if possible.
• General cleaning and organization as needed.
