Environment Control of Wisconsin, Inc. is hiring Area Floater janitorial staff for the WAUKESHA and MILWAUKEE area. These floaters work part-time to full-time, starting in the evening, and move between sites with 6–8 hours per night, Monday–Friday and weekend availability.

Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed. You must have your own vehicle, reliable transportation, excellent attendance, and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Clean multiple facilities throughout WAUKESHA/MILWAUKEE area as a floater.
• Move between locations during a shift and follow instructions from the Area Manager.
• Adhere to schedule and perform typical janitorial duties (trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).

WE ARE HIRING PART TIME TO FULL TIME JANITORIAL FLOATERS

For the following areas:

WAUKESHA & MILWAUKEE AREA FLOATERS

• PART TIME: Start between 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm for 6-8 hours/night, Monday - Friday, Weekend Availability
• Salary: $15-16/hr. + mileage reimbursement and paid drive time. Weekly Paycheck!

While our cleaning jobs are not too strenuous, you will move consistently for the duration of the job; walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. To be clear: the job may include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping and/or cleaning of restrooms. We provide all supplies required to do the job.

Specific Job Information:

We are hiring Area Floater positions for the WAUKESHA AREA & MILWAUKEE AREA.

• Each Floater will be assigned different locations nightly by their Area Manager based on the nightly needs. To compensate, we pay "travel time" [each employee is paid from the start of their night to the end of their night including driving between locations] and we reimburse them for mileage if they drive more than 10 miles outside their coverage area in a night

Transportation is required and the extra responsibility results in a higher wage rate for these Floater positions... each earn $15-16/hr. to start.

• Floaters do what the name suggests: they "float" between cleaning positions. We clean at many facilities throughout the Milwaukee suburbs and our floaters help us by "filling-in" open cleaning positions. This involves working at a variety of locations and situations. We will train you on each of the cleaning roles that you will perform

To qualify, you must be able to:

• Perform continuous physical activity at a reasonable pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Typical duties include trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms
• All candidates must pass a drug test and a criminal background check
