Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group seeks a Cleaning Day Porter / Housekeeper to cover multiple locations in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. Shift: Monday–Friday days, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pay is $17 an hour with drive time between facilities when working at multiple sites.

Location includes Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, serving medical facilities, schools, churches, and offices. You will clean, disinfect, and maintain facilities, train staff, and assist with supplies and laundry as needed.

Pay is: $17 an hour (paid drive time between facility if you work at more than one location each day)

Location: Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti

Facilities: Medical, Schools, Churches, and Offices

Position Overview

• Travel to multiple sites throughout the area to cover open shifts, call-offs, and vacations.
• Perform and oversee cleaning across multiple commercial buildings
• Train and support team members to maintain quality standards
• Conduct inspections and resolve issues quickly
• Communicate with management to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist the manager with supplies and laundry

What You Will Do

• Clean and Disinfect - Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep it Fresh - Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety - Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony - Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence - Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.

• Valid Driver's License and your own reliable transportation to drive to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
