Clean Team, Inc. in Edmore, MI is seeking a Cleaning Associate for evening shifts. This part-time role offers shifts after 5:00 PM, up to five hours per night, up to five days a week, and requires on-site work at client sites.

You will perform cleaning duties such as cleaning, sanitizing and stocking designated areas, restroom upkeep, floor care, waste disposal, dusting, and inventory checks, while following safety procedures and maintaining a sanitary, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid form of identification.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and supply designated facility areas thoroughly within the allotted time budget.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring sanitary conditions at all times.
• Regularly restock paper products, soap, and other essential consumables.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across various floor surfaces.
• Safely pull and empty trash receptacles.
• Dust surfaces, fixtures, and furniture throughout the facility.
• Inspect and review inventory supplies during each shift; request replenishment to the Area Supervisor.
• Review daily and nightly duties for each location after every shift.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties within the role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Associate, your day‑to‑day duties will involve maintaining facility standards and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inventory Control: Inspect and review inventory supplies during each shift; request and submit required inventory replenishment to the Area Supervisor.
• Shift Review: Review daily and nightly duties and responsibilities for each assigned location after every shift.
• Additional Duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned within the overall function of the role.
