Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Mathematical skills sufficient to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
• One year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or specialized cleaning experience (e.g., stripping & waxing commercial space flooring, air duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning)
• Highly desired certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification preferred but not required

• Effectively perform carpet, floor cleaning, and restoration services offered by the company, with opportunities to acquire mold mitigation, fire & water damage restoration certifications, and experience quickly.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Maintain daily technician log and complete work orders.
• Maintain appearance, supplies, and inventory for company vehicles and tools.
• Learn and adopt new equipment and technology.
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
