Voda Cleaning & Restoration seeks a Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support a wide range of services, from carpet and upholstery cleaning to water and mold restoration. You will assist in delivering timely, high-quality work and help retain customers by professional service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to pursue IICRC certifications. Training and advancement are available as the company expands.

• Math skills sufficient to determine equipment type and quantity.
• Basic proficiency with email, reports, and daily activity recording.

Responsabilités

• Effectively perform restoration services offered by the company.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with new equipment and technology.

Cleaning and Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
  • Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
  • Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
• Opportunities to advance into:
  • Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
  • Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Cleaning and Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Effectively perform Restoration services the company offers
  (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate)
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards
