Job summary

Justus Property Management INC in Indiana is seeking a dependable cleaner to maintain common areas, prepare vacant units, and support resident services. You will represent the company professionally at all times while completing cleaning tasks.

The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. You will follow cleaning schedules, document work performed, and assist with other duties as needed to keep properties well-maintained.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Occasional need to utilize personal transportation to properties.

Responsibilities

Summary Of Job Function

Responsible and accountable for providing cleaning at the properties, providing customer service, and presenting the company in a professional manner at all times.

Cleaning Objectives

• Oversee and manage the cleaning components of the property.
• Achieve targeted resident satisfaction through customer service to attain greater resident retention.
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.

DRIVING/TRAVELING REQUIREMENTS:

Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to properties and make trips to local supply stores.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve problems with no direction. Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
