Job summary

MahlerClean, a Top Workplace recognized company in Southeast Wisconsin, is hiring part-time cleaning professionals for Madison, WI. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:30pm–9:00pm, with duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning.

Reliable transportation, good communication, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly are required. We offer competitive wages, referral bonuses up to $500, attendance bonuses up to $100, paid holidays after 60 days, and next-day

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to Madison work sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accessible by telephone for scheduling and updates.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, trash and recycling collection, dusting, sweeping/mopping.
• Clean restrooms and disinfect as required.
• Maintain general cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to supervisor.
