Job summary

Servis Group is seeking a part-time cleaner to perform light and heavy cleaning tasks at designated facilities. The role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with shifts on Mon, Wed, and Fri evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Consistent with policy, this position emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to procedures. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, waste removal, window cleaning, and reporting any repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Prior cleaning/maintenance experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift and move items over 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to keep facilities clean.
• Disinfect equipment and restrooms; monitor safety.
• Lock doors after hours and ensure electrical safety.
• Remove garbage and recycling; clean windows and surfaces.
• Identify and report repair needs; follow company policies.

Summary

Responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks for buildings at designated facilities.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Essential Job Functions

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
• Clean and disinfect equipment
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Mix various cleaning agents
• Remove garbage and recycling
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education / Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior experience helpful.
