Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is hiring for a cleaning role with a Sunday through Thursday shift from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The job entails floor care, trash disposal, restroom sanitation and surface cleaning across facilities in the United States.

You must be 18+, able to speak English, and pass a pre-employment background check. Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 lbs; training on auto scrubber operation will be provided. This is a permanent, full-time position paying $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

This run is mostly floor work. Running auto scrubber, sweeping and mopping stairwells. Need to work efficiently. Will teach on how to run auto scrubber.

• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
