Job summary

Intandem Solutions is seeking a Cleaner to perform cleaning duties in our Cleaning Services program. The position is part-time and non-exempt, requiring use of commercial power cleaning equipment and the ability to work with a team to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and prior experience operating cleaning equipment. JV experience with developmental disabilities is a plus; transportation is required.

PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT : Cleaning Services

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR : Cleaning Services Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide high quality cleaning services by using supplies and equipment to perform consistent cleaning services, comply with quality control program to fully meet customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education, Training & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment

Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

Preferred Education, Training & Experience: Experience working with people with developmental disabilities

Contract Cleaning experience with commercial buildings

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to work cooperatively with others

Ability to demonstrate good judgment and initiative

Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction

Ability to perform physical aspects of position

Ability to safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment

SALARY:

$16.43 per hour starting rate
