Job summary

First Fence USA Inc. is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaner to join our team for 10 hours per week. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests, taking pride in reliable, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as janitor, housekeeper, or cleaner preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, partitions, and touchpoints).
• Clean and maintain breakrooms daily (tables, counters, sinks, appliances exteriors, floors, and trash).
• Empty trash and replace liners in offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or dust floors in offices, hallways, and common areas as scheduled.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces (desks as permitted, windowsills, ledges, doors, light switches, handrails, etc.).
• Clean interior glass and spot-clean walls and high-touch areas as needed.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.) and report low inventory.
• Maintain janitorial closets and supplies in a clean, organized manner.
• Follow safety procedures for use, storage, and labeling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report facility maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly (leaks, broken fixtures, damaged flooring, etc.).
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks (baseboards, vents, floor care, etc.) as assigned.
• Other related duties as assigned to support a clean and safe facility.
