Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance for an apartment community in New Bedford, MA.

The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness, perform janitorial and grounds care, handle work orders including snow/ice removal, and keep exteriors in line with company standards.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of cleaning experience; excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas;

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated;
• Excellent customer service skills a must;
• Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job.

Compensation and Benefits
