ISS Facility Services - North America in Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Cleaner to oversee daily cleaning tasks across offices and facilities, ensuring spaces are clean and orderly. You will work with team members, clients, and management, following written and spoken instructions and explaining tasks clearly.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial janitorial, prioritize safety, and provide excellent customer service. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour.

Key Purpose

The Lead Cleaner oversees the daily cleaning tasks of cleaning/ janitorial team while keeping assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, in a clean and orderly condition. You will work successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. You are expected to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written; and explain how to complete a task using basic communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Experience

• 2+ years of commercial janitorial
