Job summary

Dunkin is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Janitor to maintain a clean, organized environment across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will perform heavy-duty cleaning, floor care, trash removal, restroom servicing, and report maintenance needs to management, following sanitation procedures and responding quickly to issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Must have proven working experience as Cleaner/Janitor.
• Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to respond quickly to issues.
• Must have strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Must know cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in a clean condition and perform heavy-duty cleaning.
• Perform regular maintenance activities as needed.
• Clean building floors (vacuum, mop, scrub, sweep).
• Gather and empty indoor trash.
• Clean and resupply restrooms, windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Inform managers about required repair and maintenance activities.
