Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a relational and motivated Cleaner/Housekeeper for Affinity at Kalispell, a brand new 55+ active‑adult lease‑up community. You will perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and support resident life with friendly service.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Janitorial experience in hotel or residential settings is preferred, with a valid driver’s license being helpful.

The Position:

We are seeking a relational and motivated Cleaner/Housekeeper for our brand new, 55+ active‑adult lease‑up community – Affinity at Kalispell. As the Cleaner/Housekeeper, you will perform general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.

• Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing residents’ way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
• Build strong rapport with residents.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
• Clean office spaces on a regular schedule set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Using the apartment cleaning checklist, clean vacant apartment homes after each move‑out.
• Clean and organize the pool house – straighten pool deck chairs, clean public bathrooms (including showers), vacuum and dust amenity spaces attached to the pool house building.
• Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans.
• Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws.
