Job summary

The Antigua Group in Peoria, AZ is seeking full-time cleaners to maintain coffee areas, offices, restrooms, and the outlet store. Shifts A-D cover 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, with overtime as needed.

Candidates must be reliable and able to work quickly without supervision, ensuring daily cleaning standards are met. Responsibilities include cleaning break rooms, towels, doors, glass and door mats, stocking paper dispensers, and trash removal.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English; both verbally and written instructions.
• Must have a good sense of what is clean and how to keep up with heavy or light use.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Very detail oriented.
• Take pride in the building and pace his/her work so that all work is completed daily.
• Be available for overtime when needed.

• Clean and prepare coffee in break rooms
• Clean offices, restrooms, conference rooms, outlet store, and mail/file room
• Clean, vacuum and wash doors in outlet store
• Wash, dry and fold work towels
• Clean all glass doors, metal or wood doors, handle areas, and door mats
• Check all paper dispensers in restrooms and break rooms,
• Empty trash containers and last time cleaning of all break rooms
