Job summary

MahlerClean is hiring cleaning professionals for a full-time and part-time roles in Southeast Wisconsin. The position is based in Racine with a 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, at $16 per hour.

You will perform cleaning tasks across offices and facilities, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation. Benefits include paid holidays after 60 days, referral and attendance bonuses, next-day pay, and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, trash/recycling collection, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Disinfecting surfaces and maintaining cleanliness.
• Restocking supplies as needed.
• General housekeeping duties to support client sites.
