Job summary

Marsden Holding Company, a facility services provider in the United States, is seeking a general cleaner. The role pays 18.00 per hour and requires basic cleaning duties, strong reliability, and the ability to work safely with standard cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities include trash removal, floor care, restocking supplies, and restroom cleaning. Earnest applicants who meet the minimum age and English language requirement will be considered.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• General cleaner experience preferred.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check are required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs sometimes more.

Responsibilities

• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal area.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using brooms, mops and vacuums; some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Stock and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures (locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
• Clean restrooms.
• Take out the trash.
