Job summary

Grupo Eulen is seeking a Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy facility. Daily duties include mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, servicing restrooms, and emptying trash and recycling.

The schedule runs 3 hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7–10 AM or 8–11 AM, with Tuesday and Thursday at 4 hours. Location is 100 NE Civic Ct, Homestead, FL. Pay is $15 hourly, biweekly; transportation to move between buildings is required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual, daily attendance at sites.
• Previous experience as a Cleaner or Janitor preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Ability to maintain clean, organized, and sanitary restrooms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow routines, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners as needed, and ensure receptacles are clean.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, work areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors following the assigned cleaning route.
• Inspect areas for items of value and place anything found on the nearest table or desk.
• Report any mechanical or electrical issues (locks, doorknobs, light bulbs, fixtures, etc.) to the supervisor.
• Report any items that are broken or damaged before or during your shift.
• Move cleaning carts and equipment safely from one area to another and follow the designated cleaning sequence.
• Vacuum and mop elevator lobbies, hallways, and other common areas as assigned.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Must be able to abide by the schedule and the ability to move from one building, or office, to another
• Follow all safety and company procedures.

This position is responsible for daily cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, servicing restrooms, and emptying trash and recycling. This position requires available transportation to move to different buildings within the scope of work.

Schedule: It will be 3 hours on Monday - Wednesday - Friday from 7 or 8 AM to 10 or 11 AM and Tuesday and Thrusday will be 4 hours instead of 3h.
