Rentokil Initial is seeking energetic individuals for a full-time Service Technician role servicing the Grafton and South Grafton areas. You will travel to diverse client locations, acting as the face of our brand while servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene products.

No prior experience required; paid training in the first month, a company vehicle, mobile phone, uniform and protective gear are provided, along with ongoing on-the-job training and opportunities across divisions.

• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently to meet service targets.
• Experience in cleaning or related industries and a focus on hygiene standards.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing on-site issues and escalations.
• Proficient in using mobile technology for documentation and reporting.

To qualify for this position, you must have a current and active Australian driver's license and have full working rights in Australia.

About You:

• Great at building and maintaining relationships (internal & external)
• Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
• Proactive in managing on-site client issues and escalating when necessary
• Experience in cleaning or a related industry
• Sharp eye for hygiene/service issues and ready to recommend fixes

Requirements:

• Full Australian driver's licence (Green P-plates are welcome to apply!)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Service and maintain washroom hygiene products across various client sites
• Work independently to meet service targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies
• Proficient in using mobile technology for documentation and reporting
  

As part of the hiring process, you will be required to complete a series of pre-employment checks:
