Job summary

Ritual House is hiring a detail-oriented cleaner to support multiple locations as our restaurant group expands. You will perform floor maintenance, sanitization, dusting, and waste management to keep facilities clean and safe.

Candidates should have janitorial experience, good physical stamina, knowledge of SDS and proper chemical use, and solid time management. You will work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, residential, or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) and proper chemical dilution.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor refinishing as needed.
• Sanitization of high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and windowsills.
• Waste management including trash and recycling disposal.
• Supply replenishment of hygiene products and disposables.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Post-construction cleanup.

We are a quickly expanding restaurant group looking for a detail oriented cleaner for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly. Strip, wax, and buff floors as required.
• Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen or break room fixtures.
• Dusting & Polishing: Dust furniture, ceilings, light fixtures, and windowsills. Polish fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Waste Management: Empty all trash and recycling bins, and dispose of refuse according to facility guidelines.
• Supply Replenishment: Monitor and restock hygiene supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
• Reporting: Notify supervisors of any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs.
• Post construction clean up

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous janitorial, residential, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift heavy objects (often up to 25 to 50 lbs).
• Knowledge of Chemicals: Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) and the proper dilution and use of chemical cleaners.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
