You will work as a floater, moving between locations to maintain high cleaning standards. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitization, restocking supplies, and promptly reporting maintenance or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal across various locations.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Adapt to different site-specific cleaning schedules and requirements as a floater, ensuring consistent quality across all assigned locations.

About the Role:

This role rotates between locations cleaning in schools and businesses in Philadelphia PA. You must have own transportation and be able to work flexible hours at times. We have openings for Day and Nite shifts. We seek someone reliable, able to work independently and cares about quality, . Floaters do not start with set schedules. Full Time position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
