Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking an Equipment Operator to support our client sites. This role requires self-motivation, teamwork, and reliable transportation, with a 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM schedule and $15.00 hourly pay plus an attendance incentive.

The position involves cleaning, sanitizing, and operating janitorial equipment across client facilities to maintain healthy environments. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a background

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating warehouse and cleaning equipment preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Use chemicals according to procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM Monday to Thursday

Pay: $15.00/hour

Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you work all scheduled full time hours (40 hours per week)

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Operate EPJ, scrubber, tugger, forklift, and baler and handle all equipment correctly and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
