Velociti Services is seeking a Cleaner in Morton Grove, IL for a regular full-time position. The role focuses on standard custodial tasks at client sites, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal.

You will work Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm, ensuring safe, efficient cleaning and a welcoming environment for guests and clients. The ideal candidate will follow safety rules, be a team player, and deliver high-quality cleaning with strong customer service.

As a Cleaner at Velociti Services you will be part of our frontline associates that provide commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations focusing on standard custodial and janitorial tasks that include but are not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal.

Responsibilities

Success Criteria:

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Communicate with the lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers professionally
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the environment
• Instilling trust

Key Accountabilities:

• Vacuuming

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods of time
