ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities. The role remains essential for a clean, safe, and orderly environment, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

Typical duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, and reporting safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial cleaning experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste per company policies
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
