Walmart in Litchfield, MN is hiring janitorial associates to keep the store spotless from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas, ensuring a great first and last impression for customers. The role is full-time at Walmart Supercenter #4374, located at 2301 East Frontage Road, Litchfield.

You will maintain a clean and safe shopping environment while supporting store operations and customer experience.

Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, they maintain a clean and safe environment.
