Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable General Cleaners to maintain a school facility in Columbus, OH. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure areas are ready for the next school day while working independently with pride in a job well done.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
• Able to work independently and manage cleaning responsibilities.
• Professional and respectful when working around students, staff, and visitors.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout the school.
• Dust furniture, shelves, desks, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to your supervisor.
• Make sure assigned areas are clean, presentable, and ready for the next school day.
