Position Overview

As a Clean Room/ Production Technician, you will assemble and test industrial drop‑on‑demand printheads and peripherals to support the printing industry.

Job Description

Responsibilities include participating in the assembly process, interacting with microscopes, assembling, testing, and inspecting printheads. Certifications will be earned for Technician Levels I–IV.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $20.00 starting, commensurate with experience.
• Off‑shift differentials: 10% for 2nd shift, 20% for 3rd shift.
• Annual Bonus: Target 6% of total compensation based on company goals.
• Retention Bonus: Up to 10% of gross wages within first 12 months for 2nd/3rd shift.
• Referral Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 after 3 months plus 10% bonus in first 12 months for referrals to 2nd/3rd shift positions.
