Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company in Columbus, NE is seeking a Fillroom operator to produce Posiflush syringes in a clean room. You will oversee the line, perform quality checks, document results, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets and GMP standards.

Qualifications include a High School diploma/GED (or three years manufacturing experience). Strong teamwork, organization, and documentation skills are required, plus the ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillroom equipment at or above established standards while ensuring GMP compliance.
• Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
• Make adjustments to equipment to maintain process quality and productivity.
• Assist with product/changeovers and equipment repairs.
• Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and follow GMP requirements.
