Job summary

E&K Building Excellence is seeking a Project Manager to lead cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. You will manage budgets, reporting, and billings while coordinating materials and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial metal framing and drywall PM, 3 years on Clean Room Scope projects, and proficiency with OST and QuickBid.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management.
• 3 years of experience with Clean Room Scope Projects.
• Experience with OST and QuickBid.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities
