TOPS Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a growing medical manufacturing operation in Clinton, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent Monday-Friday night schedule, paid training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. The company is willing to train dependable candidates who are comfortable working around automated equipment, following detailed procedures, and paying close attention to quality.

Shift & Pay

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Starting Pay: $20.75/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Consistent 8-hour night shift
• Paid training
• Additional overtime may be available

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll operate and monitor automated equipment used to manufacture medical products. You'll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently while following strict quality and safety procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
