Job summary

Clayton Homes in the United States is seeking a Retail Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will drive a world-class home buying experience, demonstrate model homes, and set appointments to maximize center traffic.

You will build expertise in financing concepts, product knowledge, and sales skills while following company processes, with a base salary plus commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process.
• Maintain customer files and follow up with prospective buyers via the CRM system.
• Set home center visits and convert ads/web leads to appointments.
• Demonstrate home features and benefits to create added value for buyers.
• Merchandising tasks: select inventory, decorate models, maintain home appearances.
