Job summary

Hardin County School District Radcliff Elementary School in Radcliff, Kentucky, seeks an Instructional Assistant I to support certificated teachers in individual or small-group instruction and monitor student progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of college or an associate degree, or equivalent demonstrated by assessment.
• Experience working with children in an organized setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist certificated teacher with instruction to individuals or small groups.
• Monitor and report student progress.
• Assist with health services and first aid.
• Tutor students and reinforce instruction.
• Prepare and organize lessons and scoring of tests.
• Maintain classroom records and attendance.
