Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree or CBEST credits (or 48 college credits) required.
• Childhood education/development degree is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom systems for small group and individual learning.
• Manage student behavior in small groups to keep students engaged.
• Reinforce learning material and provide guidance with a friendly attitude.
• Support larger groups of students as needed.
• Operate and care for classroom equipment and materials.
• Track student information and maintain records as directed.
• Identify student needs and collaborate with staff to support learning.
• Perform routine clerical duties and assist with office tasks.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Demonstrate the Ingenium Schools mission and participate in student recruitment.
