Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience with children in education.
• Pass background check and fingerprinting.
• Strong communication with students, staff and parents.
• Patience and adaptability in a fast-paced classroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering daily instructional materials.
• Provide small group and one-on-one academic support to students needing extra help.
• Help manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Supervise students during recess, lunch, field trips, and class transitions.
• Organize classroom supplies and maintain a clean, orderly learning space.
