Starting immediately, the Aide assists with daily instruction, classroom management, and clerical tasks, working under the campus principal and reporting to the Support Staff department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold or ability to obtain a valid Texas educational aide certificate.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both students and staff.
• Ability to assist with classroom instruction and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing daily program under teacher direction.
• Prepare learning environment, materials, and supplies.
• Monitor progress, keep students on task, and answer questions.
• Supervise classroom when teacher is out and ensure student safety.
• Support housekeeping tasks and operate AV equipment as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development.
