Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet ParaPro assessment requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education: At least 48 semester hours from an accredited college or university, or an associate's degree or higher.
• ParaPro: Score 460 on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assists teaching staff in a variety of classroom and related areas.
• Assists in preparing lesson outlines and plans in assigned areas; prepares teaching aids.
• Presents subject matter to students using various teaching methods.
• Supports individual or group student instruction and monitors progress.
• Maintains accurate records, materials, and classroom organization.
• Operates standard office equipment and supports classroom management.
