Persevere in Memphis seeks a Classroom Facilitator to support our two-week Digital Hospitality and Workforce Technology Pathway at the Federal Residential Reentry Center. This part-time, onsite role supervises approximately 10–15 students as they complete self-paced coursework in Moodle and approved certification platforms. The schedule is Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
and 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. (18 hours per week).

The position is tied to Persevere's Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development contract and continued program funding. No regular travel is required beyond commuting to the worksite.
