Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. seeks a Paraprofessional to support students and teachers on a contract basis in partner schools. You’ll build rapport with students, assist teachers with plans, and help implement IEPs while fostering inclusive classrooms.

Providing direct student support, facilitating small groups, and aiding in materials prep, transitions, and classroom organization are key duties. This role offers meaningful impact and flexible placements across partner districts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional, ideally within school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work under teacher guidance and follow classroom plans.
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to diverse learning needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework or credentials preferred).
• Willingness to complete background and reference checks per district requirements.
