Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a friendly Classroom Aide to join our team. To qualify, you must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or GED. We welcome beginners and provide training to the right candidate.

Pay is $12 per hour, USD, with benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays and PTO, a 401K with company match, and no nights or weekends. We promote from within and support growth from lead teacher to director roles.

• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• Ability to meet state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
