The role serves as ISSO, ensuring compliance with government requirements and internal policies, supports SSDLC security activities, and helps implement security across Windows, Linux, cloud, and OT environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years in information security or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, CS, or similar with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure classified systems comply with government regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain continuous protection of classified information systems, including access control and configuration.
• Oversee media handling, sanitization, and destruction of classified materials.
• Support audits, inspections, and assessments by government and internal teams.
• Support incident response, threat analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with NIST/NIST 800-53/CMMC/RMF and SSDLC compliance.
• Contribute to SSDLC security activities: threat modeling, secure coding, SAST/DAST, and dependency scanning.
• Verify adherence to SSDLC and security gates.
