Job summary

TI Federal is building its classified security compliance capability and seeks a Security Authorization Program Lead to define the documentation strategy and drive RMF/ATO for Secret-level environments. You will manage cross-functional teams, integrate SSP/POA&M/SAR, and coordinate with DCSA and site stakeholders to maintain the final package quality.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience authoring complex authorization packages leading to successful ATO.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a new RMF/ATO package for a classified cloud-based information system.
• Coordinate with DCSA, ITPSO, ISSM, FSO, IT, engineers and leadership to plan and develop a compliant RMF package.
• Author and integrate SSP, POA&M, SAR, and Contingency Plans, translating system design into compliant docs.
• Review consultant work and ensure the final package is coherent, accurate, and defensible.
• Establish foundation for continuous monitoring after authorization and perform security control assessments.
