Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a classical course of instruction aligned with CSUSA goals and the Trivium.
• Develop purposeful lesson plans that use effective classical teaching strategies.
• Present subject matter in ways that maximize learning opportunities and foster virtuous habits.
• Review scholar records to tailor instruction to abilities and needs.
• Organize field trips that enrich the classical curriculum and support practical application.
• Prepare scholars for state assessments using mastery-based methods.
• Contribute to curriculum revision and selection of classical texts and resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the school's classical curriculum.
