Qualifications include Texas certification or a relevant bachelor’s degree with passing exam scores or equivalent experience; familiarity with classical teaching methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the listed education/certification options.
• Strong knowledge of classical education and curricula.
• Ability to work with up to 20–27 students in a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Prepare effective lessons using classical traditional methods.
• Instruct and motivate students; assess progress and report to parents.
• Maintain grades and parent communication through school tools.
• Collaborate with Special Education/504 staff to ensure accommodations.
• Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and student recruiting as needed.
