Seyfer Automotive Specialties in Wheat Ridge, CO, seeks an experienced Classic Car Technician to diagnose and repair vintage and older vehicles. You will troubleshoot carbureted fuel and ignition systems, read wiring diagrams, and perform mechanical and electrical work across brakes, suspensions, engines, and drivetrains.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing older or classic vehicles.
• Knowledge of carbureted engines and traditional ignition systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Experience with classic cars strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair classic, vintage, and older vehicles.
• Troubleshoot carbureted fuel and ignition systems.
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Work on brakes, suspension, steering, engines, and drivetrains.
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot older electrical systems.

• Maintain accurate repair and service records.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with the service team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
