Job summary

Alpha Omega Advisement LLC is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented automotive restoration professional to join our shop. You will inspect classic vehicles, disassemble and reassemble mechanical and cosmetic components, and restore parts to period-correct specifications.

You should have hands-on experience in restoration, be able to read diagrams and manuals, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with a small team to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and

Qualifications

Experience in automotive restoration, repair, or related hands-on mechanical field.
Strong knowledge of classic vehicle systems, materials and restoration methods.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment and diagnostic equipment.
Familiarity with bodywork, welding, fabrication, painting prep, and mechanical assembly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and restoration specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift, move, and work with vehicle parts and components.

Responsibilities

Inspect classic vehicles to assess restoration needs and scope.
Disassemble, repair, refurbish, and reassemble components.
Restore or replace parts, trim, body panels, electrical systems, interior components.
Use tools and techniques to ensure high-quality workmanship and period-correct results.
Repair rust, dents, and structural damage while maintaining integrity and appearance.
Coordinate with team to source parts, match finishes, complete projects on schedule.
Document progress, findings, and completed work accurately.
Follow shop safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
