Job summary

Crunch, LLC in Cranberry Township is seeking a motivated fitness instructor to lead safe, effective exercise classes for members of all levels. You will uphold Crunch standards, maintain certifications, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include signing in/out, following policies, assisting member requests, and participating in monthly meetings and staff trainings. CPR and aerobic certifications are required or strongly preferred; yoga or Pilates credentials are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must maintain CPR certification.
• AFAA/ACE/NASM aerobic certification preferred.
• Yoga or Pilates certification also acceptable.
• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

• Attend Monthly or Weekly Department Meetings and Employee Training Meetings.

Requirements:

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable
