Basic Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret required to start)
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity (or related discipline) from an accredited college with related professional experience, or Master's degree in Cybersecurity
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT/M or IASAE Level-II Certification, such as: CASP CE, CISSP, CISSP Associate, or CSSLP.
• Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts
• Experience with classified information system auditing and investigations

Desired Skills

• Experience assessing and hardening container images, analyzing scan results, and managing the remediation of identified vulnerabilities
• Experience performing static application security testing (SAST), analyzing findings, and managing the remediation of source-code vulnerabilities
• Experience performing technical vetting of software, including identifying installation and execution privilege requirements, required network ports and protocols, created file types, software dependencies and add‑ins, and licensing or service‑agreement requirements
• Experience evaluating free and open‑source software (FOSS), including assessing provenance, licensing obligations, dependencies, known vulnerabilities, project maintenance, update availability, and security remediation requirements
• Experience establishing and administering secure source-code repositories and container registries, including

access controls, versioning, image hashing and integrity verification, and integration of continuous vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full‑time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
